What does Blank No Display No Beep mean?

The cooktop is completely unresponsive, with a blank display and no audible beeps, suggesting a total loss of power or a major component failure preventing initialization.

• Unit not powered (installation issue)
• Defective ESEC power supply
• Defective ESEC-UIB

   Verify the unit's electrical installation and ensure it is receiving 120VAC power at the power supply input P1 pins 1&4.

   Measure voltage at power supply output P3 pins 1&2 (should be approx. 8VDC) and P3 pins 1&3 (should be approx. 16VDC). Replace ESEC power supply if voltages are not present.

   If voltages are correct, replace the ESEC-UIB (Electronic Surface Element Control User Interface Board).
