    Verify the unit's electrical installation and ensure it is receiving 120VAC power at the power supply input P1 pins 1&4.

  2. 2

    Measure voltage at power supply output P3 pins 1&2 (should be approx. 8VDC) and P3 pins 1&3 (should be approx. 16VDC). Replace ESEC power supply if voltages are not present.

  3. 3

    If voltages are correct, replace the ESEC-UIB (Electronic Surface Element Control User Interface Board).
