Electrolux · Hobs
The display shows E3, indicating an over-voltage condition. This usually happens because the appliance's power connection is incorrectly wired, leading to an unsafe voltage supply. A continuous signal might also sound upon startup.
Click steps to track your progress.
Turn off the main power supply to the hob at the circuit breaker.
Verify the power connection wiring of the appliance. Ensure phase and neutral wires are connected correctly as per the installation manual.
If unsure or unable to verify, contact a qualified electrician to inspect and correct the wiring.
Restore power and check if the E3 error clears.
