SF 16 - Airflow Set Point storage failure

What does SF 16 mean?

A Storage Failure (SF) error, specifically SF 16, indicates that the slave thermostat's stored Airflow Set Point has been corrupted or lost. The system will default to a value of 0. This set point determines the desired airflow for the zone.

• Power fluctuations or system reset causing data loss.
• Internal hardware fault affecting non-volatile memory.

   Establish communications with the slave thermostat using the PC Command Center software.

   Initiate a Device Inquiry for the slave thermostat to verify its current settings.

   Perform the 'Modify Device Information' command and navigate to the Airflow Set Point setting.

   Re-enter the correct airflow set point for the zone.

   Press F1 to 'Perform Update' and wait for acknowledgement to save the new setting.
