What does E2 / CHECK WATER mean?

The Dishwasher is not filling with water, indicated by a message on the display or error code E2 along with a short audio signal.

Common Causes

  • Water supply tap is closed
  • Water supply hose is bent or crushed
  • Drain pipe is at an incorrect height (see installation section)
  • "Sand" filter is clogged

    Ensure the water supply tap is fully open.

  2. 2

    Check that the water supply hose is not bent, trapped, or crushed.

  3. 3

    Verify the drain pipe is at the correct height as shown in the installation guide.

  4. 4

    Close the water supply tap, then unscrew the drain pipe from the back of the Dishwasher and inspect the "sand" filter for blockages, cleaning if necessary.

  5. 5

    Turn off the Dishwasher, then restart the selected program.
