What does 5347 mean?

This warning indicates that the incoming AC voltage to the inverter has dropped below 165 V for 10 seconds, or below 180 V for 0.5 seconds. The warning resets automatically after 2 minutes if voltage returns above 190 V.

Common Causes

  • Bad connection in mains voltage to either the indoor or outdoor unit.
  • Low incoming mains voltage to the unit.
  • Low incoming mains voltage to the installer module.
