What does 128 mean?

The boiler failed to detect a flame after attempting to ignite. This means the burner isn't lighting.

• Faulty flame sensing electrode or incorrect positioning
• Issues with electrode wiring or ignition components
• No gas supply to the boiler

   Press and hold down the Reset button for 2 seconds to try clearing the fault.

   Ensure the main gas tap to the boiler is fully open.

   Check if other gas appliances in your home (e.g., hob, gas fire) are working to confirm your gas supply.
