Machine does not intake water

What does No water intake mean?

The Washing Machine is unable to fill with water, preventing the wash cycle from beginning or progressing. This can be due to problems with the water supply or filters.

• Water supply tap is turned off.
• Water inlet hose is twisted or bent.
• Water inlet hose filters are clogged.
• Valve inlet filters are clogged.
• Machine door is not completely closed.

   Turn on the water faucet supplying water to the Washing Machine.

   Check the water inlet hose at the back of the machine for any kinks or twists and straighten it.

   Clean the water inlet hose filters if they are clogged (refer to the maintenance chapter in your manual).

   Clean the valve inlet filters if they are clogged (refer to the maintenance chapter in your manual).

   Ensure the machine door is completely closed and latched securely.
