• Improper flow through the evaporator
• Low refrigerant charge

   Clean the evaporator surface if fouled (observe low suction pressure).

   Clean the coil surface if fouled (observe low suction pressure).

   Adjust water flow to be within chiller design specifications.

   Check subcooling and add refrigerant charge as needed (requires qualified technician).
