E1 — Motor Failure

What does E1 mean?

Error code E1 indicates a problem with the scooter's motor. This code will flash on the speed display, signaling a malfunction in the motor system.

• A malfunction or fault within the scooter's motor system.
• Potential internal component failure related to the motor.

   Turn off the scooter by pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds.

   Wait a few moments (e.g., 30 seconds), then turn the scooter back on to see if the error clears.

   If the error persists, contact Worx customer support for further assistance and do not attempt to ride the scooter.
