What does Overloaded Auto Stop mean?

The inflator automatically stops if it is drawing an abnormally high current. This is a battery protection feature designed to extend battery life and prevent damage to the tool or battery.

• The tool is attempting to inflate an object that requires excessive current.
• Operating the tool in a manner that causes it to exceed its normal operating limits.

   Turn the inflator off.

   Stop the task or application that caused the tool to become overloaded.

   Turn the inflator on to restart it.

   Attempt the task again, ensuring the object being inflated is appropriate for the tool and not over-pressurized, or inflate in shorter bursts.
