No light — No power to boiler

What does No light mean?

The blue central indicator light is off, meaning there is no electrical power reaching the boiler or its control components.

• Permanent mains supply to boiler is off
• Boiler mains switch is off
• Fuse F1 or F2 is blown
• Faulty transformer

   Check that the boiler's mains switch is in the 'on' position.

   Verify the electrical supply to the boiler, ensuring it's plugged in and the circuit breaker for the boiler hasn't tripped.

   If easily accessible and safe, check if fuses F1 or F2 are blown (often a spare fuse is clipped inside the boiler cover).
