Stuck Key — Keypad or connection issue detected

What does Stuck Key mean?

The control has detected that one or more keys on the keypad are stuck or the connection is faulty. The stuck keys will be ignored, but no alert is shown to the customer.

  • Physically stuck key on the keypad
  • Loose or damaged keypad connection
  • Moisture or debris on the keypad surface
  • Control board issue

    Check if any keys on the keypad are physically stuck or damaged.

    Clean the keypad surface with a soft, damp cloth and ensure it is dry.

    Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.

    Check the connection between the user interface (UI) and the main control board (P1C connector). Reconnect or repair any loose or damaged wires.

  5. 5

    If the problem persists after checking connections and cleaning, replace the UI or the control board as indicated by diagnostic tests.
