Error 2-UI-1 — User Interface: Stuck key detected

What does 2-UI-1 mean?

The control board has detected that one or more keys on the keypad are stuck or there's a connection issue with the keypad.

• Physical obstruction on a key.
• Faulty keypad connection.
• Damage to the keypad membrane.

   Check if any keys are physically stuck.

   Unplug the dishwasher or disconnect power.

   Disconnect the keypad connection from the control or display module.

   Reassemble the door but do not close it.

   Plug in the dishwasher or reconnect power.

   Wait for the control to power up, then close the door and observe its response.
