What does None of the indicators or display turn on mean?

The control panel lights, display, and buttons are not turning on. This indicates a power issue to the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) or a fault within the HMI itself.

Common Causes

  • Washer not receiving power
  • Loose ACU connectors
  • Loose HMI connectors
  • HMI not properly seated
  • ACU fault
  • HMI fault

    Unplug the washer or disconnect power.

  2. 2

    Check that all ACU connectors are fully inserted (Refer to Figure 3, page 13).

  3. 3

    Check that all HMI connectors are fully inserted (Refer to Figure 4, page 14).

  4. 4

    Ensure the HMI and housing assembly is properly inserted into the front console.

  5. 5

    Perform ACU Power Check (TEST #1, page 12) to verify supply voltage.

  6. 6

    If power is present and microcontroller is okay, replace the HMI and housing assembly.
