The LED halo on the charger is red, indicating that a safety issue has been detected with your electrical connection or the vehicle you are trying to charge.

Check the EV connector and ensure it is securely plugged into the vehicle.
Unplug the EV connector from the vehicle, wait 15 seconds for an automatic reset. If the issue persists, unplug the EV connector again.
Turn off the circuit breaker supplying power to the charger, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
If the red LED persists, contact Wallbox customer service.
