Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, you are within range, and the app is up-to-date. Reinstalling the app can resolve connection issues.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet.
Ensure your device is within 10 meters of the Wallbox charger.
Turn your device's Bluetooth off and on again, then try to connect.
Close the Wallbox app completely and reopen it.
Uninstall the Wallbox app and reinstall the latest version from your app store.
