Fault EE — Ignition or gas train issue

What does EE mean?

The boiler displays Fault EE when there is an issue with ignition, the gas combination valve, or the ionization current during the startup sequence. This means the burner is not able to establish or maintain a flame.

• Faulty ignition module
• Issues with the gas train (e.g., control voltage, gas supply pressure)
• Incorrect ionization electrode adjustment
• Airlocks in the gas line
• Flue gas recirculation or leakage in the flue gas system
• Insufficient gas flow pressure
