What does Bluetooth off mean?

The STIHL connected app cannot find the battery because the Bluetooth radio interface is deactivated on either the battery or the mobile device.

Common Causes

  • Bluetooth on the battery is turned off
  • Bluetooth on the mobile device is turned off
  • App permissions for Bluetooth are not granted
