The inverter's display is not showing any information. This means you cannot see operating data or fault messages directly on the device.

Check if the inverter itself is receiving power (look for any LED activity).
Try gently cleaning the display area to ensure no obstruction.
If the inverter is otherwise operational (e.g. green LED for feed-in), monitor via Sunny Portal or the user interface for errors.
If the problem persists and no other information is available, contact SMA Service.
