What does OEM PIN forgotten mean?

The machine manufacturer or dealer has forgotten the OEM PIN that was assigned during the initial creation. This prevents them from creating a valid activation file for the control system's CNC lock function.

   The machine manufacturer or dealer must contact the Siemens Hotline to unlock the machine.

   Provide the Siemens Hotline with the License certificate (CoL) for the option of the CNC lock function.

   Provide the Siemens Hotline with the serial number of the CF card, the serial number of the hardware (PPU), and the software version of the CNC software.
