What does Constant Red LED mean?

The charger's LED is solid red, indicating a fault that requires troubleshooting. This may prevent charging.

• Stop button is locked or stuck.
• Power supply wiring issue.
• Internal charger fault.

   Rotate the stop button 90 degrees clockwise.

   Switch off the charger's power supply.

   Unplug the charging connector from the EV.

   Switch the power supply back on.

   Wait for the LED to turn green before reconnecting to the EV.

   Check the wiring to the charger's Protective Earth terminal.
