TV won't turn on — Power indicator is off or solid red

What does No power indicator mean?

The TV is not powering on. The power indicator light at the bottom of the TV may not be lit, or it may be glowing a solid red, indicating it is in standby mode but not responding to turn-on commands.

• AC power cord is not securely plugged in
• The wall outlet is not working
• The remote control batteries are dead or the remote is faulty
• Internal TV issue

   Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and the wall outlet.

   Verify that the wall outlet is working and that the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red.
