This issue can occur if your device loses its network connection before the software update finishes. You will need to reconnect to a network to finish the update.
Click steps to track your progress.
Reconnect your device to a stable network (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
Go back to the Software Update menu in Settings.
Attempt to download and install the update again.
Ensure your device has sufficient battery or is plugged in during the update.
