Fault code 18 — AC voltage is abnormal

What does 18 mean?

The AC voltage supplied to the unit is outside the acceptable range (either too high or too low), or the voltage sampling circuit on the driver board is abnormal.

• The AC voltage>275V or <160V
• The AC voltage of sampling circuit on the driver board is abnormal

   Check the incoming power supply voltage.

   Ensure the voltage is within the specified operating range (160V to 275V).

   If the voltage is correct, the Main PCB may need replacement.
