F15 — Condensate drain issue or drain pan overflow

What does F15 mean?

This error indicates a problem with the drainage system. The drain pan may be full, or the float sensor is not working correctly. This prevents condensate from draining away.

• Drainage pipe is blocked or kinked.
• The drain pan is full of water.
• The float sensor is defective or stuck.
• The condensate pump (if equipped) is malfunctioning.
