What does SP-PHONE indicator flashes mean?

When an outside call is placed on hold, the SP-PHONE indicator light on the base unit will flash. If a call is held for more than 9 minutes, an alarm tone will sound.

  • A call has been placed on hold.
  • Another phone on the same line is in use.
