NIBE · S-Series Heat Pumps
The green CPU LED on the base board (AA2) is continuously lit instead of flashing, indicating that the central processing unit (CPU) is powered but not running its program correctly. This means the Heat Pump's control functions are impaired.
Click steps to track your progress.
Turn off the Heat Pump at the main power switch for a few minutes, then turn it back on to attempt a system reset.
Check the indoor module/control module display for any specific alarm messages.
Ensure the main product's software is the latest version. Update if necessary.
If the CPU LED remains continuously lit, contact a qualified NIBE service technician for further diagnosis.
