Alarm 437 - Incorrect PCBA in Heat Pump

What does 437 mean?

The Heat Pump has detected that the wrong base board (PCBA) has been installed or that the installed base board is not suitable for the S2125 model. This indicates a hardware mismatch.

Common Causes

  • The base board has been replaced with a base board for a different model.
  • The Heat Pump has the wrong base board installed.
