• Environmental conditions requiring frequent defrosting.

   Inspect the outdoor unit for any blockages like leaves, snow, or ice on the fan, grille, or fan cone, and clear them.

   Activate the 'fan de-icing' function in your NIBE indoor module/control module. If the problem recurs, activate 'continuous fan de-icing'.

   Ensure that the air flow across the evaporator is correct and not restricted.

   If the problem persists despite clearing obstructions and using de-icing functions, contact a NIBE service technician.
