What does Low room temperature mean?

If the room temperature is lower than expected, it could be due to thermostat settings, the heat pump's operating mode, heating curve settings, or prioritisation settings.

Common Causes

  • Thermostats in rooms are closed.
  • Heat pump is in an incorrect operating mode.
  • Set value for automatic heating control is too low.
  • Low or no operating prioritisation for heating.
  • 'Holiday mode' is activated.
  • External switch for room heating is activated.
  • Circulation pump(s) have stopped.

    Set room thermostats to maximum temporarily and adjust room temperature via menu 1.1.

    Check the heat pump operating mode in menu 4.2; select 'heating' or 'addition' if in 'manual' mode.

  3. 3

    Adjust the heating curve offset in menu 1.1 or the heating curve slope in menu 1.9.1 if room temperature is low in cold weather.

  4. 4

    Increase the time for heating prioritisation in menu 4.9.1.

  5. 5

    Deactivate 'Holiday mode' in menu 4.7 if it is active.

  6. 6

    Check any external switches that control room heating.
