    Turn off the heat pump by setting the switch (SF1) to the off position.

    Open the service cover and remove the cooling module cover.

    Loosen the venting screw (QM5) slightly to allow air out.

  4. 4

    Manually turn the pump motor using a screwdriver.

  5. 5

    Screw the venting screw back in.

  6. 6

    Restart the heat pump and check if the circulation pump is working.
