Sensor error: BT25 external supply — Temperature sensor fault

What does BT25 external supply mean?

There is no contact with the external supply temperature sensor (BT25). This could be due to an open or short circuit, or a defective sensor. Heating is blocked if this alarm occurs with alarm 25.
