What does E35 mean?

The outdoor unit's heat exchanger sensor (ThOR) is detected as defective (open or closed circuit), or there is abnormally high pressure in the cooling circuit.

Common Causes

  • Damaged outdoor heat exchanger sensor (ThOR).
  • Poor connection of the sensor connector on the outdoor unit PCB.
  • High pressure in the cooling system (e.g., due to overcharge, blocked coils).
