What does MODE light flashes once every five seconds mean?

The orange MODE light flashing once every five seconds indicates the Wi-Fi interface is in Access Point (AP) mode. In this mode, you connect your device directly to the interface's Wi-Fi network to configure it.

• User initiated AP pairing mode by holding the MODE button for 5 seconds.
• Attempting to connect the interface to a home Wi-Fi network manually.

   Hold the mode button for 5 seconds until the orange MODE light goes solid, then release to see it flash every five seconds.

   Go to your device's Wi-Fi settings and select the network name (SSID) corresponding to the interface.

   Enter the password (KEY) found on the back of the Wi-Fi interface.

   Open the Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi Control App and follow prompts to connect to your home Wi-Fi network.
