What does POWER lamp 5-time flash mean?

The indoor fan motor turns OFF. This happens if the compressor stops due to overcurrent protection or start-up failure protection consecutively three times within one minute after starting.

• Compressor overcurrent protection activated.
• Compressor start-up failure.
• Stop valve on the outdoor unit is closed.

   Turn OFF the main power supply to the air conditioner for at least 5 minutes.

   Turn the power supply back ON and attempt to operate the unit.

   Check if the stop valve on the outdoor unit is fully open (refer to outdoor unit manual).

   If the error persists, contact a qualified service technician for inspection of the outdoor unit and compressor.
