What does POWER lamp 5-time flash mean?

The indoor fan motor turns OFF. This happens if the compressor stops due to overcurrent protection or start-up failure protection consecutively three times within one minute after starting.

Common Causes

  • Compressor overcurrent protection activated.
  • Compressor start-up failure.
  • Stop valve on the outdoor unit is closed.
