(( )) Temperature Protection Indicator – Tool temperature too high or too low

The Temperature Protection Indicator lights up if the tool's internal temperature rises during extended use or constricted airflow. It can also appear if the battery is too cold in extremely low temperatures. This indicator helps prevent damage to the inflator.

(triangle icon) Overload Protection Indicator – Airflow constricted

The Overload Protection Indicator will light up if the airflow is restricted during tool operation. This safety feature helps prevent damage to the inflator by signaling a blockage.

Inflator will not inflate

Inflator will not inflate – Current pressure is higher than target pressure

The inflator will not begin inflating if the detected current air pressure of the item is already greater than or equal to the set target pressure. This is a safety feature to prevent overinflation and ensures accurate results.

No full power operation

Tool does not start or operate at full power – Dirty battery contacts or tool issue

If the inflator does not start or perform at its maximum capacity, even with a fully charged battery pack, the electrical contacts between the battery and tool may be dirty. This can prevent proper power transfer.

Poor pressure accuracy

Poor pressure accuracy / Reads > 0 PSI when disconnected – Pressure sensor drift

If the displayed pressure reading is inaccurate or shows a value greater than zero when no object is connected to the inflator, the internal pressure sensor may have drifted. This can be caused by changes in altitude or other environmental factors.
