 Waterproof system reacted — Water protection system activated

What does  mean?

The Washing Machine display shows that the waterproof system has reacted, and the program has been cancelled. This means the internal water protection system has detected an issue, possibly a leak or overflow.

   Immediately turn off the water tap supplying the Washing Machine.

   Switch the Washing Machine off using the  button to clear the fault message.

   Contact Miele customer service as soon as possible.

   Do not attempt to operate the machine again until it has been inspected by a technician.
