Fault F34 — Door lock fault

What does F34 mean?

The washing machine's door could not be closed properly, or the door lock mechanism failed to engage. The program cannot start or continues until the door is secured.

• The washing machine door is not fully closed
• An obstruction prevents the door from closing properly
• A fault with the door lock mechanism itself

   Fully open the washing machine door and then close it again firmly until you hear a click.

   Ensure no laundry items are caught between the door and the drum seal.

   Try to start the program again.

   If the fault message reappears, contact the Service department.
