What does Excessive shaking mean?

The Washing Machine vibrates or shakes excessively during the spin cycle. This often happens if the appliance is not standing firmly and level on the floor, leading to instability during high-speed spinning.

• The machine feet are not level or correctly adjusted.

   Level the Washing Machine using a spirit level.

   Adjust the machine's feet by screwing them in or out until all four feet are firmly on the floor and the machine is stable.

   Ensure the transport bars or securing bolts have been removed from the back of the machine (if this is a new installation).

   Always load the drum with a mix of large and small items to help balance the load during spinning.
