What does Drainage mean?

The washing machine is unable to drain water properly. This can be due to a blockage in the drain system or the drain hose being incorrectly positioned.

Common Causes

  • The drain hose is blocked or restricted
  • The drain pump filter is blocked
  • The drain hose is fixed too high (above 39 inches / 1 meter)
