What does Drainage mean?

The washing machine is unable to drain water properly. This can be due to a blockage in the drain system or the drain hose being incorrectly positioned.

• The drain hose is blocked or restricted
• The drain pump filter is blocked
• The drain hose is fixed too high (above 39 inches / 1 meter)

   Clean the filter and the drain pump located at the bottom of the washing machine.

   Check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages and clear them.

   Verify that the drain hose is not fixed higher than 39 inches (1 meter) above the floor.

   Restart the wash program.
