The warning buzzer is sounding, and the indicator light of the selected program and the time display flash. The dishwasher does not start or the delay start time stops running. This indicates the dishwasher's safe mode has been activated.

• The door was not closed within four seconds of the last button press at program start.
• The door was open for longer than four seconds during a program or within the delay start time.
