What does Display flashes (temperature change/rise) mean?

The temperature display will flash if you are actively changing the temperature setting or if the temperature inside the compartment rises by several degrees, indicating a loss of cold. This can occur when warm food is introduced or warm air enters the appliance.

Common Causes

  • User is actively adjusting the temperature setting.
  • Warm, fresh food has been placed in the compartment.
  • Warm air from outside has entered the compartment, for example, due to opening the door.
