If the product sensor icon with an 'X' appears in the display, it indicates that the product sensor is either not properly connected to the appliance or is faulty and not functioning correctly.

Unplug the Refrigerator from the mains power supply.
Check the physical connection of the product sensor plug in the compressor compartment.
Verify that the opening where the sensor passes through is properly sealed to prevent damage or disconnection.
Plug the Refrigerator back into the mains power supply.
If the error persists after checking connections, contact customer service for assistance as the sensor may be faulty.
