Any 'ERROR' message other than 'ERROR 2' is displayed on the machine. This indicates a general internal malfunction or an unspecified system error.

Turn off the JURA machine immediately at the power switch.
Unplug the machine from the power outlet.
Wait a few minutes (e.g., 30 seconds) before plugging it back in and trying to restart.
If the error message persists after restarting, contact JURA customer support for further diagnosis and repair.
