Gas connection pressure out of range (under 18 or over 24 mbar)

What does Gas pressure out of range mean?

The natural gas connection flow pressure is measured to be outside the required range of 18 to 24 mbar. When this happens, the boiler cannot be adjusted or started safely.

• An issue with the gas supply from the main gas network (gasworks).
• A problem with the gas line leading to the boiler.
• A malfunctioning gas pressure regulator.

   Do not attempt to adjust or start the device if the gas pressure is outside the specified range.

   Close the gas tap immediately to block the gas supply to the device for safety.

   Shut down the boiler completely by turning off its power supply.

   Contact your gasworks or a qualified gas technician immediately to report the issue and have the gas supply pressure checked.
