  • Rear loop sensor card is defective.
  • Battery is improperly installed, causing interference on the rear sensor.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Check the levels for Af and Ar via Quick check (Press and hold '0' for 2 seconds) and switch with the Arrow up button.

  2. 2

If Ar is 0 and Af is higher than 70 (when mower is outside charging plate, but inside loop) or Quality is lower than 100%, inspect the cabling to the rear loop sensor for damage or looseness.

  3. 3

Ensure the battery is installed correctly with 'THIS SIDE DOWN' text facing downwards.

  4. 4

If cabling is undamaged and the values still indicate a defect, the rear loop sensor card may need replacement.

  5. 5

Contact service if the issue persists after checking cabling and battery installation.
