What does Mower lift mean?

The lift sensor has been activated, indicating the mower has become trapped or lifted. This can also mean an issue with the sensor or its setup.

Common Causes

  • Mower has become trapped by an object.
  • Pillar or magnet fitted incorrectly (magnet on right-hand pillar, facing chassis, body moves freely).
  • Lift sensor card is defective.

    Free the Automower and identify what caused it to get trapped.

    Check that the pillar and magnet are fitted correctly, ensuring the magnet is on the right-hand pillar and facing inward.

    Verify the mower body can move freely up and down relative to the chassis.

  4. 4

    Test the lift sensor via Tools - Test - Sensors (shortcut 5-2-5); it should indicate 'YES' on the display when the mower is lifted.
