Green LED single flash — Break in the loop signal

husqvarna · Automower Technical Manual

What does Green LED single flash mean?

The green LED on the charging station is flashing once per second, indicating a break in the boundary loop wire and no signal is available.

Common Causes

  • A break in the boundary loop wire.
  • Poor connection to the charging station's circuit card.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Disconnect all cables from the charging station and measure the resistance in the loop wire using a multimeter. Correct resistance should be between 0-20 Ohm.

  2. 2

If the value is >20 Ohm, locate and repair the break in the loop. Use an appropriate break detector or cut the area in half using the guide wire to find the break more quickly.

  3. 3

If the value is <20 Ohm, check all connections to the charging station.

  4. 4

If the fault cannot be corrected, consider replacing the circuit card in the charging station (see section 5.3 on page 89).
