Slipped — Mower is caught and unable to drive

What does Slipped mean?

The mower is caught on something or is on a slope it cannot handle, causing its wheels to spin. This message appears in the Automower Connect app.

Common Causes

  • Mower is caught on an object.
  • Mower is on a slope steeper than the recommended maximum.
  • Guide wire is not installed correctly on a slope (boundary wire installation).

    If the issue is due to wet grass, wait for the lawn to dry.

    Ensure the mower is not on slopes steeper than 70% or isolate them with the boundary wire.

    For boundary wire installations, make sure the guide wire is installed diagonally across slopes.
