No loop signal — Charging station or low-voltage cable not connected

What does No loop signal mean?

The mower cannot detect the signal from the charging station, which is needed for operation. This message appears in the Automower Connect app.

• Power supply or low-voltage cable is not connected.
• Earth-fault breaker has tripped.
• Power supply or low-voltage cable is damaged.
